• Care notes: minimal notes Heidi may keep about visits (e.g., preferences, allergies) to deliver consistent care.

• To respond to inquiries and arrange visits.
• To confirm that requests fall within the coastal north Broward service area.
• To deliver, schedule, and invoice for Services.

Sharing

Heidi does not sell or rent your information. Information is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the website, or where required by law.

Retention

Inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for tax and recordkeeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can ask Heidi to access, correct, or delete your information by reaching out via the Hire Heidi form. If you submit the form, the information you enter is sent to Heidi and is treated confidentially.
