Heidi provides non-medical, in-home support — meal preparation and cooking, light housekeeping, bathing and personal-care assistance, grocery shopping and errands, and companionship. Visits are mixed and matched to fit what your household actually needs from week to week.

Heidi's rates start at:

  • Weekday care — $28/hour
  • Weekend care — $32/hour
  • Major holidays — $40/hour
  • Overnight (10–12 hr sleep shift) — $180 flat
  • Live-in (24 hr) — $280/day

Minimum visit is 3 hours for new clients and 2 hours for ongoing schedules. The introductory visit is free; from there your hourly rate, minimum, and schedule are agreed in writing before any care begins. No long-term contracts.

Heidi serves the coastal corridor of north Broward County: Hillsboro Beach, Lighthouse Point, the eastern (oceanfront / Intracoastal) portions of Pompano Beach, and the eastern portions of Deerfield Beach. ZIP-code wise that's 33062, 33064, and 33441. Staying close to home is how Heidi can show up reliably for every client.

Heidi is a non-medical caregiver. She does not administer prescription medications, manage IVs, give injections, or perform any service that requires a clinical license. She can, however, offer friendly reminders to take medications you've already pre-sorted yourself.

Fill out the Hire Heidi form. Heidi personally reads every request and will reach out within one business day to set up a short, free introductory visit. From there she'll agree a schedule and rate with you in writing before her first paid visit.

Often, yes — depending on what's already on Heidi's calendar. Mention preferred days and times in your request and Heidi will let you know what fits at the intro visit.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or schedule changes — see the Terms of Engagement for details. Late cancellations may be billed at the agreed hourly rate.

Invoices are issued after each visit, or weekly by agreement, and are due on receipt. Heidi accepts standard payment methods; specifics will be confirmed before care begins.

Hearts Eternal Care provides private-pay, non-medical support and isn't billed through Medicare or private insurance. Some long-term-care policies do reimburse non-medical in-home help — check with your carrier.
